Henry was the son of Henry Millett Nicholls and Lilian Mair Nicholls, also Husband to Edith Violet & Father to Violet Claire. (1911 Census) They were Living in Oxted Surrey at this time, although Henry and Edith had their banns read at Northam church in January 1910. The 1920 electoral roll reveals that Henry's mother Lilian Mair was living at 'Seadrift ' (atlantic Way 2017) The family connection with this property cotinued and in 1939 Henrys wife Edith and daughter Violet have taken up residence at 'Seadrift'. Henry must have spent time in the area before his death as he is also remembered on the R.N.D.Golf Club WW1 Memorial Board.
