Albert died on route home from Mesopotamia  he was the Son of George and Mary Maggs of Bristol.  Husband to Alice (nee Hearn) Married 4th Quarter 1910

Albert wrote on several occasions to the Rev Payne -Cook Thanking him for the parishioners Christmas Parcels received safely.However some family parcels had been purloined by others. In another letter he thanked the Vicar for visiting his family who were all living with her parents in Castle street Northam. (From letters held at Barnstaple Record Office)
